Exfoliating dead skin cells every once in a while isn’t a bad thing. But for those who are not too old, Nadeau recommends a good exfoliation once a month. Repeated exfoliation affects the newly formed skin cells, which can lead to thinning of the skin. Along with that, the skin may show signs of age. So avoid repeated exfoliation.

Says Nadeau, not keeping the love foods on the list at all is terrible for the skin. Be sure to include hearty foods in the food list. Not only should vegetable oil be kept, animal fats should also be kept in the food list. These foods will keep your skin luscious and glowing.

Nadeau says excess sugar can cause fibers like collagen and elastin to become brittle and weak, which can lead to the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging on the skin, which are not at all desirable. So you have to stop yourself from consuming excess sugar. Nadeau recommends using honey instead of sugar. Apart from this, you can take various sweet fruit juices, which will keep your skin healthy and free from age marks.

On the other hand, if you don’t moisturize, the skin can show signs of age at a young age. Nadeau said, ‘We express various kinds of expressions throughout the day through our face. Therefore, if the face is dry, the skin may get wrinkles, which gradually take the form of self. So try to ensure proper moisturizing of the skin.
Also, don’t forget to drink enough water every day. Avoid smoking. Also avoid using excessive chemicals.
